We have warehouses in many countries around the world, providing DHL Express, UPS, Canada post and other transportation methods.

According to your country, you will be given a relatively close shipping location.

Which countries can it be delivered to? How long will it take to receive the goods?

We can deliver to the following countries.
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Australia, France, Spain, New Zealand, Japan
When you place an order, the order processing time for these countries is: 1-2 working days. Delivery time is: 5-7 working days. And these countries are duty free.

Customs tax terms

Taxes for importing goods/services may be charged and regulated by the local country. Toguard is not responsible for covering the import tax on its products or services and Customs clearance.

The tax fee may differ regarding the different import taxation policy and country. For more information, please contact your local representative. All returning costs caused by failure of receiving the packages/products will be covered by the customer.

3：How much is the shipping cost？

As long as the order is over $50, the shipping is free（Free shipping on holidays）If the order does not exceed $50, the shipping is $10 for worldwide。 

Note: If you want to buy in bulk, please check the customs policy of your country before buying. We don't include customs clearance and you need to clear it yourself. If the goods are returned because they cannot be cleared, we need to charge the freight for the goods.

Most goods in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain and European regions don't require customs clearance, and will be delivered using local warehouses.

4：How to cancel an order?

If you want to cancel the order, please contact us within 8 hours of placing the order!
Once we have shipped the order, the order cannot be cancelled. You need to return the goods to our warehouse after receiving the goods. For detailed information, please refer to our refund and return policy
