1: After you purchase the product, within 12 months, we can provide free warranty for your product. If it exceeds 12 months, we will charge a fee for the related warranty.
During the warranty period, if the original manufacturing material or workmanship of the product is deemed defective, Toguard will replace it with the same or similar product free of charge. Products and parts replaced under this warranty become Toguard's property and will not be returned to you. If the product and/or parts need to be repaired after the warranty period expires, you must pay all labor and parts costs. If you sell or otherwise transfer the product, the warranty will end.
1: Products that do not have enough proof of purchase
2: The product is lost or stolen
3: Items beyond the warranty period
4: Non-quality related issues (30 days after purchase)

6: External source damage
7: Damage caused by misuse of the product (including but not limited to: drop, extreme temperature, water ingress, incorrect operation of equipment)
8: Purchase from an unauthorized dealer
If you have product quality problems during the warranty period, you can send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com tell us your order number and product model, we will contact you, give you the warehouse address, and let you send the goods back Repair for you.
The return shipping cost of the goods will be borne by the buyer, Toguard will not bear the shipping cost for the products sent back and forth

The refund request for the 30-day money-back guarantee expires 30 days after the warranty claim is filed. For products that exceed this 30-day window, refund requests for non-quality issues cannot be processed. For items not purchased directly through the Toguard online store, please contact the retailer for a refund.
